3.1 Policy Statement 

All payments for Mance services are final and non-refundable.

3.2 Scope

Applies to:  

• Subscription fees 
• License fees 
• Setup or onboarding fees
• Customization or integration fees 

3.3 Rationale 

Due to SaaS nature: immediate access, allocation of resources, and provision of proprietary technology.

3.4 Exceptions 

Refunds will not be issued for: 

• Partial usage 
• User dissatisfaction  
• Failure to cancel before renewal 
• Downtime within operational thresholds
• Exceptions require written approval by Mance management.

3.5 Subscription Cancellation

Future renewals may be cancelled per the subscription plan. No refunds are issued for fees already paid. 

3.6 Acceptance

By subscribing or using Mance, users agree to this No-Refund Policy in full.
