All IP rights in Mance (software, trademarks, designs, documentation) are owned exclusively by Mance. No rights are granted except as stated.
2.6 Service Availability
Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.
2.7 Limitation of Liability
Mance is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or errors from third-party data.
2.8 Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for:
- Breach of Terms
- Misuse or unlawful activity
- Non-payment
2.9 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory laws that may apply in the jurisdiction where the services are accessed or used.
